All four M(art)ch Madness regionals are now open for voting. The 64 greatest artists are squaring off, NCAA-tourament style. There are close matchups in all regions, so make sure you vote before noon (New York time) on Sunday.

The regionals are Florence, Amsterdam, Paris and New York
