What’s going on here?

This issue is a reprint of Fantastic Four 101 (previously discussed here), with the only modification as far as I can tell an editor’s note claiming deadline trouble prevented Marvel from publishing a new comic. Unfortunately, the cover, by Jack Kirby and Joe Sinnott, is new and appears to continue the story begun a few issues ago, so any reader who bought this issue of the stands probably felt like the victim of a bait and switch. I’m including the comic here because of the Kirby cover, and because I hate the idea of not accounting for every issue. Hopefully readers of this blog won’t also feel ripped off. The recap of issue 181 will follow shortly.
